Total dated time intervals with explicit breaks, overlap rejection, next-day endings and CSV export.

Up to 366 shifts, 20 per editing page. Date YYYY-MM-DD and times HH:MM. The explicit next-day option can produce durations over 24 but under 48 hours. Whole-minute breaks cannot exceed the shift. Overlapping intervals are rejected even if they contain breaks; adjacent shifts are allowed. Wall-clock schedule arithmetic without time zones, DST, pay or legal labor rules.

Digits 0–9, ٠–٩ and ۰–۹ are accepted. Oversized input is rejected without silent truncation.

Calculation stays in your browser without uploads or automatic storage. Operations are bounded and synchronous; there is no background job or Cancel button. Only page assets are loaded from the site.

How to use

Enter shifts and add or remove rows. Explicitly select “End on the next day” for an overnight interval. Enter break minutes and calculate. Review gross, break and net minutes plus exact fractional hours. Export row data as CSV or the report as TXT.

Try an example

2024-01-01 from 22:00 to 06:00 next day with a 30-minute break: 480 gross minutes, 450 net minutes, 15/2 hours. Another shift starting 2024-01-02 at 05:30 overlaps and is rejected; starting at 06:00 is adjacent and allowed.

Support & limits

This is arithmetic on the written schedule, not elapsed-time measurement across DST or a time zone. Breaks have an amount but no position within a shift, so overlapping gross intervals are rejected rather than assumed to be breaks. No implicit pay, overtime, attendance rounding or labor rules. CSV retains input row order, fixed English headers, CRLF and UTF-8 BOM for spreadsheets; TXT has no BOM or added final LF.

Common questions

Why can hours appear as 23/3 instead of 7.67?

Minutes are integers, and the fraction retains precision without rounding. 23/3 hours means 7 hours and 40 minutes. A successful calculation is not employer approval or legal compliance.
